FEBRUARY 2021: IT'S HERO TIME! Stick to the schedule and TOGETHER we'll get to 100 PRESS UPS in just 30 days. It'll be tough at times but what A PERSONAL MILESTONE it'll be. Don't think about it, just DIG IN, BITE DOWN and DO IT! Then challenge all your mates to do 100 on the spot (we bet they can't!)
