Start out on Day 1 and keep progressing little by little each and every day. Stick to the program and we promise you that by day 30 you'll do 100 press-ups without stopping. Oh yes and enjoy the rest days - they are so important!

- Day 7: 30 press-ups + 10 diamond press-ups
- Day 8: 35 press-ups + 15 diamond press-ups
- Day 9: 35 press-ups + 20 diamond press-ups
- Day 10: 40 press-ups + 20 diamond press-ups
- Day 11: 40 press-ups + 25 diamond press-ups
- Day 12: REST DAY
