Same drills every day in January, but as you progress increase the intensity/shorten the transition time/add seconds to each set? Commit to 15 minutes every morning in January and your belt will thank you for it!

BEACH DADBODY

JULY 2021: Let's do this together DBU! Commit just 10 mins per day in July and we'll be ready to take British beaches by storm. We'll slowly build up to a 5 minute plank together. Planks will tighten the core and waistline and the press-ups will tone the shoulders and chest. Burpees will put you in fat burning zone until lunch...move over The Hof, it's Beach DadBody time!
