START YOUR DBU CHAPTER

We've seen first hand the many physical, emotional and mental health benefits of DadBods Unlimited.  Our first year or so has been amazing but we don't want to stop here...We want to keep spreading the word and get more people like us joining DBU.  We need your help.  

Yes YOU!

Are you ready to start building your own FREE local DBU Chapter? It really is simple. It will usually take about 3 months to get 10+ regular DBU training mates. Typically it works like this:

  • STEP 1: Follow DBU on social media and get involved in the FEATURED WEEKLY/MONTHLY challenges we post.
  • STEP 2: Start doing the sessions on your own / with a mate.
  • STEP 3: Send us photos of your workouts and we'll share it on our feed for potential local DadBods to see.
  • STEP 4: Let peoples eyes and word of mouth and do it's thing.  Wait for people to comment on your improved demeanour, physical shape, the spring in your step and then tell them how it's happened. Perhaps put up a DBU flyer in a local school / library / shop inviting people to become DadBods.  We can help generate interest on social media too if needed.
  • STEP 5: 2 DadBods becomes 3 which becomes 4 and so on...
  • STEP 6: Set up a local DBU What's App group to get confirmation of attendance for each session (It's great for accountability and any last minute cry-offs)

You absolutely don't need to be super-fit or a professional personal trainer (to be honest we love it if you're neither!).  In fact all we ask is for you to be:

  • Motivated to get fitter
  • Keen to make some new mates
  • Kind & Respectful
  • Willing to learn
  • Enthusiastic about the DBU mission
